The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United Kingdom and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

All orders placed through the Service are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Payment must be made at the time of order placement. We accept payment methods as displayed on our website. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our Service.
We aim to deliver all orders within the timeframe specified at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and we are not liable for any delays in delivery.
As our products are custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is faulty or not as described. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
We're committed to producing the highest quality wrapping paper and work hard to match the colours in your design as closely as possible. However, please be aware that the colours you see on your screen may differ slightly from the final printed product.
This is because screens display colours using light (RGB colour model), while printing uses ink (CMYK colour model). These are fundamentally different colour reproduction methods, and some screen colours cannot be exactly replicated in print. Additionally, factors like screen calibration, brightness settings, and paper type can affect how colours appear.
Whilst we strive for the best possible colour accuracy in our printing process, slight variations between your screen and the printed result are a normal part of commercial printing and are not considered defects or grounds for returns. If you have specific colour requirements, please contact us before placing your order.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WRAPPING PAPER LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WRAPPING PAPER LIMITED and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to resolve any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
